Best Corned Beef Hash - or what, with corned beef leftovers Thurs

One of my favorite dishes, this is a simple and a hash does not seem to be derived from, oh, ugh! ! If my people, so try to be connected to 1), 2) in disbelief that in reality never lived by eating the canned versions and 3) want the recipe!

Did you know that you can substitute roast beef or ham left with surprising results? Seriously people, it's amazing. Do not knock until proven!

Ingredients

3 cups left over corned beef - diced into 1-1/2 "cubesor (large or ham or roast beef left Replacement
2 or 3 cups of potatoes cooked in the same size as the cut corned beef
1 large onion - finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 tablespoons ketchup
1 small can evaporated milk - or 1 / 2 cup of milk or cream rich
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Fire-resistant glass pie pan or saucepan, large bowl, slowly oven to 300 degrees, a relaxing afternoon.


This is the recipe my motherNow I have inherited. What makes the difference is not mincing meat, canned, so it looks like baby food. They want to see most of the food. This is fantastic the next day with an egg in the pan or oven in the back able to cook eggs on top for a fancy lunch for fried.

Directions:

Grease pie pan or shallow baking pan with butter, even on the sides.
In large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until combined.
Placewet mixture into greased casserole low or glass pie pan and place in slow oven rack in half.
Stir mixture every 30 minutes or so.
Finally, 20 minutes to cook, you want to drive the heat to 375 - to make the extra crispy hash too.
Serve with a salad, great for dinner - or throw on eggs on and in preheated oven for 10 minutes in the oven for a plate have Brunch!
